For this exercise you need a noodle.
Put the noodle under your knees.
Lie down with your back on the water.
Start to swim by only using the arms.
Relax your head and neck and look at the sky.
Rotate your arms taking turns backwards.
This way your arms will stretch all the way back and come forward under the water again.
Keep your body in straight alignment. Do two lanes, take a small break and do two lanes again.
