This exercise can make you look kind of ridiculous, but it can make a big difference and be
very efficient.
Go into the pool until the water reaches your neck. It’s a jumping exercise.
Think about jumping like a frog. Pull your knees up sideways, automatically your legs and feet
will move.
Do a first series slowly, about 15 times, and the second one fast, also 15 times. Try to jump as
high as possible.
Do this exercise every day and will get rid of your horse panties within two months.
