This is a relatively new sport invented in the North of France to walk through the ocean
coastline with the water up to chest line.
It is like hiking through the see. Because of the movement of the ocean your muscles are
challenged and will be trained instandly.
You can increase the speed of your hike to give yourself more of a challenge. But of course it
also depends on the weather how strong the current and waves will be.
Because you need to push through the water your body weight will move into the upper part of
your body.
The first time start just by going in knee hight and doing this exercise for 10 minutes. It doesn’t
look like it but it’s very hard. Increase the time little by little each time you do it again.
