It's important to warm up your body to prevent injuries or stiffness afterwards. Even when it's a light exercise it's good to warm up your body.
Before going into the water wake up your body by warming up your neck.
Rotate your neck slowly to the right and slowly to the left.
After this rotate your arms backwards and forwards and in opposite directions.
To warm up the leg muscles lift up your legs by bending your knees towards your chest.
Bend your knees and touch your heels towards your buttocks.
The warm finishes by squatting down 20 times. Make sure your knees don't extend your ankles and keep your back straight while your buttocks bends back and down.
