Go into the pool. Bend through your knees 15 times while keeping your back straight.
Pretend that you are walking while using your arms strongly moving back and forward. In a way you would be walking, but with bigger gestures.
Move your legs strongly to prevent yourself from going under. Start slowly and increase speed after 30 seconds.
Keep going fast for 30 seconds and go back to moving slowly again. Repeat this 3 times. If you're still not tired do it 3 more times.
