This exercise is quite hard because there is no break for 5 minutes and the movement is very fast.
Get into the pool. Start by moving on the same spot. You need to do each movement 10 times.
1st Jump up and down. Keep your abdominals contracted.
2nd Spread you legs sideways and jump them back together again.
3th Jump by lifting one knee after the other.
4th Bend your knee to touch your heel towards your buttocks.
5th Use your arms and legs at the same time. Your arms should be in front of you and bend your elbows backwards while at the same time your heel touches your buttocks again.
Do these 5 exercises twice. After this it's time to relax!
