Yoga - How to warm up your Waist Knowledge

Sit down
Straighten your back
Press your arms backwards
Bend your leg and use one hand to press your knee to one side
Practise this movement to the left side and the right side
Then increase the movement by lifting your foot onto your thigh
Continuing the same twisting movement
Continue by doing the next exercise
This is the butterfly position
Join your feet together
Swing by sitting on your butt from right to left
Join your whole body in this movement
To avoid unnecessary injuries it is important to start practicing yoga with warming up your muscels.
