Cooking - How to Make a Vegetable Tartare Tutorials

Today you will learn how to make a vegetable tartare. You will need the following ingredients:

- 1/2 capsicum
- 2 small zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- black olives
- coriander
- salt
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar

Peel, cut the vegetables.
Hollow the peppers.
Cut them into very small parts.
The smaller the pieces are, the more successful your tartare will be!
To do this right, use your knife for chopping.
Add the chopped coriander and the pieces of olives.
Season them with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours.
Then fill a bowl with your tartare mixture for a nice presentation.
Put the bowl upside down onto the plate and voila, a nice round pile of tartare.
