Cooking - How to Cook Spinach Ricotta Lasagna Tutorials

Today you will learn how to cook spinach ricotta lasagna. You will need the following ingredients:

- 250g ricotta
- 250 g spinach
- 150 g parmesan cheese
- bechamel Sauce
- lasagna leaves
- 10 cl milk

Mix the spinach and ricotta in a bowl. Oil your frying pan.
Cover the bottom of your baking tin with lasagna layers, try to cover as much space as you can.
Add a layer of the spinach ricotta mixture, then cover it with a layer of lasagna leaves.
Add a layer of spinach ricotta mix and add a layer of parmesan cheese.
Add one more layer of lasagna leaves and what you've got left from the spinach and ricotta mixture.
Then add a layer of bechamel sauce and parmesan cheese on top of it.
Place it in the oven at 180 °C. Bake for 30 minutes.
A tip to create a good soft lasagna: let it cool off and place the dish in the fridge overnight.
The next day you can just heat it in the oven for 15 minutes.
