Dessert - How to Cook a Chocolate Charlotte - Cooking Tutorials

Today you will learn how to do a chocolate charlotte. You will need the following ingredients:

- sponge cakes
- 50 g chocolate
- 50 g light cream liquid
- 2 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 yogurt
- 1 spoon of gelatin.

Melt the chocolate in a small pan, add some water.
Take a bowl and add the egg yolks with 50 g of sugar and blend it.
Then add the melted chocolate, blend it.
Add the cream, to use less fat, stir it with yogurt and use less cream.
Add a tablespoon of gelatine.
To prepare the cake form, take a tupperware and place the foil at the bottom for easy removal.
Place the sponge cakes as to cover the tupperware. Do not forget the sides.
You can cut the cakes to fit the size of the mold.
Then add the chocolate batter
Close the tupperware and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Then you can top it of with some crushed peanuts.
